You track what people say about your brand and your market, and you need alerts and reports you can act on. You also need to know what you miss. You build searches for brands, rivals, and topics, then read mentions, sentiment, trends, and share of voice.

Digimind now trades as Onclusive Social. Users from the Digimind years praise ease of use and account support. Reviews from that period raise support gaps, missed content, and mention limits, and the newest Capterra UK review dates from Sep 14, 2023. The product also carries source monitoring and email newsletters.
I read the Jan 15, 2025 terms, the product pages, and 23 user reports. Capterra UK rates the product 4.4 from 16 reviews (checked Oct 16, 2026).
Payment obligations are non-cancelable.
My view: if you buy listening for a brand team, trial the tool on your own topics and languages. Track missed posts and mention use for two weeks before you sign.
This review covers what the product tracks, what the terms lock in, what older users report, what to test, and four options.
The Short Verdict#
Digimind earned its reviews. Users from 2013 to 2023 rate ease of use 4.4 on Capterra UK, name their account reps, and use it to run newsletters and brand monitoring for pharma, banking and automotive teams. In 2026, Onclusive still publishes World Cup, G7 and fashion week share-of-voice reports built on it.
The catch is the age of that evidence and the contract. Only one public review, a 4-star G2 review from Feb 10, 2026, postdates the rename. The Onclusive Social terms make fees non-cancelable and non-refundable, and a subscription renews for up to 2 years unless you give 60 days' written notice.
If you're a PR or comms team already buying Onclusive media monitoring, shortlist it and ask for a trial on your topics. If you need a public price or monthly billing, start with another tool.

What Onclusive Social Does#
Onclusive Social is a social listening and market intelligence platform. You set up searches for brands, competitors and topics, then read the mentions, sentiment, trends, influencers and share of voice in dashboards and reports.
Share of voice is your slice of all the conversation about a market or event. If 1,000 posts mention fashion houses during a show and 160 mention yours, your share is 16%. My roundup of social listening tools covers how other platforms measure it.
The product also carries Digimind's older intelligence side: source monitoring and email newsletters. Several Capterra reviewers use it for that job more than for social listening.
Inside Onclusive, it sits next to media monitoring for print, online and broadcast. The pitch is one vendor for earned and social media. My guide to media monitoring tools covers that category.
Features#
Listening and dashboards. Yohan, a marketing analyst at a Hong Kong automotive company, liked "The ability to create different dashboards depending on the needs" (Capterra UK, Sep 29, 2020). Stephanie, an earned media director in US food and beverage, valued being able to "share reports with others on our team who are non-users" (Capterra UK, Sep 29, 2020). Both reviews are older than 12 months. For you, this means one person can run the tool and the rest of the team can read the output.
Newsletters and source monitoring. Stefan, an innovation manager in Switzerland, produces "a biweekly Newsletter with very little time effort per day" (Capterra UK, Sep 24, 2020). Fernanda, a medical affairs manager at a Belgian pharma company, wrote that "Keeping track of scientific publications is nearly impossible without Digimind" (Capterra UK, Sep 29, 2020). Jonathan Fairbank at Schneider Electric credited the product with monitoring "sites up to 4 times a day" (TrustRadius, Jan 22, 2014). All three are older than 12 months. If your team sends a weekly digest to executives or scientists, this is the part to test first.
Sentiment. Mohamed Amine, an e-reputation manager in Tunisia, praised the sentiment analysis in December 2018. Ksenia, a US reviewer, wrote that the "Sentiment function could be more accurate" in March 2018 (Capterra UK). Both are older than 12 months, so ask for a sentiment sample on your own brand.
Source coverage. Stephanie flagged a "lack of third-party agreements on some platforms to catch other listening (ex: IG Stories, FB Stories, FB Groups, IGTV)" (Capterra UK, Sep 29, 2020). Instagram has since retired IGTV, so ask which of those gaps remain.
What the product covers, Yes or No, from Onclusive's product pages and reviewer reports:

Sentiment analysis | Yes |
Share of voice reports | Yes |
Email newsletters | Yes |

Source: Onclusive Social product page with its demo request form, Oct 16, 2026.
Onclusive publishes no price for Onclusive Social (checked Oct 16, 2026). Its pricing URL returns a 404, and the product page leads to a demo request.
Capterra UK carries a starting price of €15,000 a year, usage based. Read that as a floor for one module, in euros.
Two Onclusive documents carry contract terms. The one that governs this product is the Onclusive Social Terms of Service, dated Jan 15, 2025. The general Onclusive SaaS terms cover its media products and add an automatic 7% increase at each renewal; that 7% clause doesn't apply to Onclusive Social unless your Order Form brings those terms in.
The four claims below carry the billing, refund, renewal, and increase terms in full.
What the Onclusive Social terms set:
Non-cancelable fees: payment obligations are non-cancelable, fees paid are non-refundable, and you can't reduce quantities during the term (clause 7.1).
Added seats or volume: additions mid-month are billed for that full month and the rest of the term (clause 7.1).
Billing: charged in advance, annually unless the Order Form sets another frequency, with invoices due in 30 days (clause 7.2).
Late payment: interest of 1.5% a month (clause 7.3).
Renewal: each renewal lasts as long as the prior term or 2 years, whichever is shorter. Either side can stop it with written notice at least 60 days before the term ends (clause 14.2).
Price increases: renewal pricing stays the same unless Onclusive gives 90 days' written notice of an increase, capped at 10%. Promotional or one-time pricing has no cap (clause 14.2).
Exit for cause: either side can end the agreement 30 days after notice of an uncured material breach (clause 14.3).
Refunds: if you end the agreement for Onclusive's breach, you get back prepaid fees for the rest of the term. If Onclusive ends it for yours, you owe the rest of the term (clause 14.4).
For example, a term that starts Jan 1, 2027 ends Dec 31, 2027. Counting 60 days back from Dec 31, 2027, your written notice is due by Nov 1, 2027. Miss it, and the subscription renews for another year at the same price, or up to 10% more if Onclusive sent notice by Oct 2, 2027.
Mohamed Amine named a second cost to plan for: "you never know whether or not it will use-up all your monthly mentions" (Capterra UK, Dec 19, 2018). Ask the sales team for the mention allowance in writing and size it to your heaviest month.
What the Evidence Means#
Two things to know before you lean on the ratings.
First, one review postdates the rename: a G2 review from Feb 10, 2026. Every other review I read is older. The newest Capterra UK review dates from Sep 14, 2023, and the newest on TrustRadius from May 2021. Seven of the TrustRadius reviews date from 2013 and 2014, before two changes of ownership.
Second, 11 of the 16 Capterra UK reviews fall between Sep 24 and Oct 26, 2020. A cluster that tight usually means a review collection drive, so treat those 11 as one batch.
Trustpilot adds little. Digimind's profile has 0 reviews, and Onclusive's 4 one-star reviews concern its media monitoring service.
Credit where it's due: Onclusive runs public reports on this product in 2026, from World Cup chatter to Paris Fashion Week share of voice. The platform is in daily use. In your demo, ask what changed in the product after October 2024.
What Users Report About Digimind#
I read 24 dated reviews and picked 16 for this section. One, on G2, falls inside the last 12 months. I flag the other 15 as older than 12 months.
Capterra UK: 4.4/5 (16 reviews, checked Oct 16, 2026)#

Source: Digimind ratings on Capterra UK, Oct 16, 2026.
Capterra UK scores ease of use at 4.4, customer service at 4.3 and value for money at 4.0. It splits the 16 into 10 five-star, 5 four-star and 1 one-star reviews. Software Advice carries the same 16.
Stories older than 12 months, starting with what users liked:
A project coordinator in Mexico, Sep 2023, 5.0. Andres Alexis wrote that "Digimind is very realiable and easy to use" and had no complaints. It's the newest review on the page.
An earned media director, US food and beverage, Sep 2020, 4.0. Stephanie credited a "terrific account rep who teaches us and reminds us about features so we're maximizing our use." The same review flagged the missed Instagram Stories and Facebook Groups content.
A medical affairs manager, Belgian pharma, Sep 2020, 4.0. Fernanda built a weekly newsletter on it and wrote that she had "gotten a lot of positive feedback on how easy it is to give weekly updates." Her complaint: "news" that was more than 12 months old, and "sometimes 2 years."
A strategic marketing officer, Burkina Faso banking, Nov 2022, 5.0. Brice found it "Easy to use and configure," then added that "it takes time."
What users disliked:
A pharma reviewer, Sep 2021, 1.0. After six months, this reviewer wrote of "False promises, extremely late deliverables, non-existent customer support/consultancy, outdated help/support articles, unintuitive UI."
An e-reputation manager in Tunisia, Dec 2018, 5.0. Mohamed Amine rated it 5 stars but wrote: "Customer support is not so great." He also flagged the mention limit.
A marketing lead, Burkina Faso banking, Dec 2022, 5.0. Cédric also gave 5 stars and still wrote of "too many false promises and the customer service is not professional."
An innovation manager in Switzerland, Sep 2020, 5.0. Stefan wrote: "Setting up searches is time consuming. The logic of Projects, Agents and Lists is a bit confusing."
An HR manager in the US, Mar 2018, 5.0. Ksenia valued the "real-time insights on what's being said about our brand from all across the web," then wrote: "Social data from the likes of Facebook can be quite limited Sentiment function could be more accurate."
Four of those five complaints sit inside 5-star reviews.
TrustRadius: 9/10 (8 ratings, checked Oct 16, 2026)#

Source: Digimind ratings on TrustRadius, Oct 16, 2026.
TrustRadius holds 7 written reviews, 6 of them from 2013 and 2014.
A digital project manager at an agency, May 2021, 10/10, incentivized. David Mendoza wrote that it is "an incredibly affordable value for money" and then wrote that "its lack of intuitiveness makes it a little late to learn the tool" (TrustRadius). He asked for more training material for new users.
An account director at a PR agency, Jan 2014, 9/10. Elissa Ehrlich wrote that it "requires little time and training to get up and running" and used it for client reports (TrustRadius).
A strategic intelligence analyst, Jan 2014, 9/10. Jonathan Fairbank wrote that "you can only get out of Digimind what you put in," since you build the sources and folders yourself (TrustRadius).
A digital communications and social media manager at RTS, Swiss public broadcaster, Jan 2014. David Labouré reported "Good mentions with low noise and very little loss" after a few weeks, and judged it "overkill for a small business" (TrustRadius).
An associate partner at Prophet Brand Strategy, London, Dec 2013. Joerg Niessing praised "Very easy navigation" and "Reliable classification (positive-neutral-negative)," and added that "the sentiment analysis can always be improved" (TrustRadius).
A TrustRadius reviewer, Dec 2013. David Dubois found it "very user friendly" with "a high level of customization/flexibility" and entered "NA" for every con (TrustRadius).

Source: David Mendoza's Digimind review on TrustRadius, May 26, 2021.
Trustpilot#
Trustpilot holds 0 reviews for digimind.com. Onclusive's profile holds 2.6 from 4 reviews, all 1 star, from 2023 to 2025, about the media monitoring service. One falls inside the last 12 months: Ben Smith wrote on Sep 17, 2025 that the company issued "invoices when the service stopped 12 months before" (Trustpilot). I read it as a reason to send your non-renewal notice in writing and keep proof.
G2: 4.5/5 (212 reviews, checked Oct 16, 2026)#

Source: Digimind ratings on G2, Oct 16, 2026.
G2 holds the largest pool, and it holds the one review written after the rename.
A verified user in hospital and health care, enterprise (1,000+ employees), Feb 10, 2026, 4 stars. Under the title "Incredibly Useful LinkedIn Analytics," this reviewer wrote that "The LinkedIn analytics are very helpful and incredibly useful." The same review adds: "The platform is not very easy to use and queries are difficult in setting up" (G2, Feb 10, 2026).

Source: The newest Digimind review on G2, Feb 10, 2026.
The next newest G2 review dates from Sep 12, 2024, before the rename, and G2 has no reviews from 2025. So 212 reviews rest almost entirely on the Digimind years. The 2026 complaint about query setup matches Stefan's 2020 note on searches and David Mendoza's 2021 note on the learning curve.
Which Reviews I Believe#
I believe the ease-of-use praise. It repeats from 2014 on TrustRadius to 2023 on Capterra UK, and Capterra UK scores ease of use 4.4, its top sub-score.
I believe the support complaints too. Three reviewers from 2018 to 2022 raise them, and two of them gave 5 stars anyway, which suggests the product kept their business despite their service complaints.
I give the 2020 batch less weight as a group, since 11 reviews landed in five weeks. And I weigh all of it, except the one 2026 G2 review, as pre-rename evidence. Your trial on your own topics counts for more than any of these stars.
What People Posted on X in the Last 12 Months#
I searched X for Digimind and Onclusive Social posts from Oct 16, 2025 to Oct 16, 2026. I found no independent practitioner reviews. Most posts come from Onclusive itself or from fan accounts that quote its fashion week data.
@Onclusive, May 18, 2026: tracked World Cup conversation "Using Onclusive Social," 24 days before the tournament.
@Onclusive, Jun 23, 2026: a G7 analysis with Trump at 41% of media coverage and the host, Macron, at 16%, citing "Source: Onclusive Social."
@fallinginyibo85, Oct 9, 2026: a Paris Fashion Week SS27 brand ranking across 101 fashion houses, 27 September to 7 October 2026, credited to Onclusive Social.
@_cr3scentmoon_, Sep 24, 2026: one celebrity at 40.29% of social share of voice at New York Fashion Week, absent from Onclusive's digital news top 20.
That last post matters for buyers: social and news rankings for the same event can diverge, so ask for both in any event report. The rest show a product in use for public reports in 2026, though no buyer on X discussed using it day to day.
Strengths and Weaknesses#
Strengths#
Credit where it's due:
Ease of use scores 4.4 on Capterra UK, its top sub-score, from reviews spanning 2018 to 2023.
Account reps get named praise, from Stephanie in 2020.
Newsletters and source monitoring serve pharma, industrial and banking teams, from Fernanda, Fairbank and Stefan.
One vendor covers media monitoring and social through Onclusive.
Public terms cap renewal increases at 10% and require 90 days' notice.
Onclusive uses it for public event reports in 2026, from the World Cup to fashion weeks.
Weaknesses#
These are the trade-offs to weigh:
One public review since the rename, a 4-star G2 review from Feb 2026; the rest date from Sep 2024 or earlier.
Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and renewal can run 2 years on 60 days' notice.
Support complaints come from three reviewers between 2018 and 2022.
Source gaps on Instagram Stories and Facebook Groups, reported in 2020.
Monthly mention limits, reported in 2018.
No public price, with a €15,000 a year directory floor.
Summary#
I think Onclusive Social fits comms and intelligence teams that value newsletters, dashboards and one vendor for media and social, and that can track a notice date. The weaknesses come down to old evidence and a contract with no early exit.
Onclusive Social Alternatives Compared on Price#
Each alternative covers a gap: community leads with monthly billing, a longer archive, broader media coverage, or a published price range. What each tool costs (checked Oct 15 and 16, 2026):

Onclusive Social Alternative: CommunityTracker#

Source: CommunityTracker homepage, with the mockup's names and emails hidden.
CommunityTracker is my #1 alternative for a B2B or SaaS team whose listening budget has to produce pipeline. Onclusive Social reports on how a market talks about brands and events. CommunityTracker finds posts where a person asks for a product like yours, scores the buying intent, adds the author's contact details and helps you reply.
Its sources span Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Slack, Discord, Hacker News, GitHub and Indie Hackers, and it reaches some blogs and news sites (communitytracker.ai/pricing). My Reddit lead generation guide shows the method step by step.
Features#
Intent scoring: AI picks out threads where someone in your niche is shopping for a tool, an alternative or a fix.
Author enrichment: a verified email, LinkedIn profile, company and job title for each poster.
Outreach: email sequences, LinkedIn invites and DMs, Reddit replies and AI voice calls, each linked to its thread.
HubSpot sync: each lead lands in your CRM with its source post.
Slack and Discord monitoring: see my guide to monitoring Slack communities.
Pricing#
Monthly plans with no annual contract, checked Oct 15, 2026 on communitytracker.ai/pricing:
Free ($0): one Reddit keyword, one alert a day.
Starter ($39/month): 4 keywords watched on Reddit, LinkedIn, Hacker News and GitHub, capped at 5,000 mentions and 100 warm emails monthly.
Pro ($99/month): 10 keywords on all supported communities, uncapped mentions and warm emails, AI scoring, share of voice and a free trial.
Advanced ($199/month, through sales): 20 keywords, adding community intelligence, AI visibility and exports of share of voice data.
Pros#
Cancel in any month, where an Onclusive Social term renews unless you act 60 days ahead.
A free plan and self-serve signup, so you start without a demo.
Slack and Discord groups, which Onclusive Social doesn't monitor.
Lead discovery, author details and outreach in one tool.
Cons#
Partial news and web coverage: it cannot replace Onclusive's media coverage in full for PR teams.
No event-scale share of voice: no fashion week or World Cup style reports across thousands of brands and celebrities.
No email newsletters: nothing like Digimind's digest workflow.
Daily alerts on every plan, with Slack delivery from Pro: each plan runs on a daily cycle, and Pro sends that cycle to Slack.
No outside reviews yet: on Oct 15, 2026, I couldn't read a single CommunityTracker review on G2, Capterra, TrustRadius or Trustpilot.
Summary#
I think CommunityTracker fits next to Onclusive Social for a B2B team that wants leads from community threads, a job Onclusive Social isn't built for. Pro is $99 a month and needs no contract.
Pick it if: your buyers go shopping for tools in subreddits, LinkedIn posts or Slack groups.
Skip it if: you need PR monitoring, newsletters or event reports. Try the free Reddit keyword for a week and tally the threads you'd answer.
Onclusive Social Alternative: Brandwatch#

Source: Brandwatch homepage.
Brandwatch is the research pick, with an archive of 1.7 trillion conversations back to 2010. Like Onclusive Social, it sells through a demo. My Brandwatch review covers it in full, and my Brandwatch alternatives list has more options.
Features#
Archive: records from 2010 onward for comparing one year with the next.
Iris: an AI helper that summarizes and spots logos in images.
Dashboards: 50+ live chart types and an API.
Pricing#
Brandwatch gives no list price (checked Oct 16, 2026). My Brandwatch pricing guide explains what pushes the quote up or down.
Pros#
Historical data from before your start date, for trend work.
Image analysis for untagged logos.
4.2 from 255 on Capterra UK (checked Oct 16, 2026), a pool 16 times larger.
Cons#
Brandwatch posts no price and offers no self-serve trial.
Trustpilot score of 2.0 from 21 reviews (checked Oct 16, 2026).
No print or broadcast monitoring in the same contract.
Summary#
I'd get a Brandwatch quote for the same queries if your work is consumer research. If you need media monitoring and social under one vendor, Onclusive keeps the edge.
Onclusive Social Alternative: Lumen by Talkwalker#

Source: Talkwalker homepage. The logo reads "Lumen by Talkwalker".
Hootsuite bought Talkwalker in May 2024 and renamed it Lumen by Talkwalker in June 2026. It covers news, social, forums and podcasts across many languages. My Talkwalker review has the plan detail.
Features#
Coverage: news, social, blogs, forums and podcasts.
Plans: Core, Analyze and Business.
Hootsuite link: the same engine powers listening on Hootsuite Enterprise; see my Hootsuite review.
Pricing#
Quote only on all three plans (checked Oct 16, 2026), with yearly auto-renewal in its terms.
Pros#
Podcast and forum coverage beyond social.
A publishing suite under the same owner.
4.4 from 24 on Capterra (checked Oct 16, 2026).
Cons#
You get neither a published price nor a trial without sales.
Its newest Capterra review dates from Feb 2025, before the Lumen name.
Reviewers flag the price.
Summary#
I'd compare Lumen with Onclusive Social if you want news and social in one tool and plan to publish through Hootsuite.
Onclusive Social Alternative: Meltwater#
Meltwater is the closest match to Onclusive's pitch of media monitoring plus social, and it publishes indicative price ranges. My Meltwater review and Meltwater alternatives cover it.
Features#
Media monitoring: news, print and broadcast.
Social listening: across the major networks.
Media relations: a journalist database and outreach.
Pricing#
Indicative ranges, billed annually (checked Oct 16, 2026): Starter from $10,000 a year, Pro from $25,000 a year and Enterprise from $130,000 a year. Quotes vary by modules and users.
Pros#
A published range, so you can budget before a call.
Journalist outreach in the same platform.
Media and social under one contract, the same pitch as Onclusive.
Cons#
Ranges, not prices; your quote can land above them.
Annual contracts only.
No community lead finding.
Summary#
I'd run Meltwater and Onclusive side by side if you're a PR team buying media monitoring and social together. Compare the notice periods as closely as the prices.
For more options, read my roundups of social listening tools, AI social listening tools and media monitoring tools.
Who Onclusive Social Is For#
PR and comms teams already buying Onclusive media monitoring, since one vendor can put both products on one Order Form and one end date.
Pharma, industrial and banking intelligence teams that send source newsletters, the job Fernanda, Fairbank and Stefan describe.
Brands that commission event share-of-voice reports, the use Onclusive runs in its 2026 World Cup and fashion week posts.
Buyers with a budget of €15,000 a year or more and a procurement team that tracks notice dates.
Who It's Not For#
Teams that need monthly billing, since the terms bill annually in advance.
Buyers who want recent peer reviews, since only one review, on G2, postdates the Oct 2024 rename.
Teams that track Instagram Stories or Facebook Groups, until Onclusive confirms the 2020 gaps are closed.
Small teams that can't commit €15,000 a year.
How to Decide, by Situation#
If you already buy Onclusive media monitoring, ask for Onclusive Social on the same Order Form with the same end date, so one notice covers both products.
If you're comparing enterprise listening tools, run the same query in Onclusive Social, Brandwatch and Lumen during the demos and compare result counts and sentiment on 50 posts.
If your budget is fixed, ask Onclusive to confirm the €15,000 floor and the mention allowance it covers before the second call.
If you want leads from Reddit, LinkedIn or Slack threads, CommunityTracker Pro at $99 a month does that job without an annual term.
Final Verdict#
Digimind, now Onclusive Social, is worth shortlisting in 2026 if you're a PR, comms or intelligence team that wants media and social monitoring under one vendor. Reviewers back its ease of use and newsletters, though nearly all of them wrote before the rename. Go in knowing fees are non-cancelable, renewal needs 60 days' written notice and there's no public price. Get a trial on your own topics and a 12-month term into the Order Form before you sign.
