Sprinklr ended its Self-Serve plans on April 30, 2026, so every new account now starts with a sales demo and a custom Order Form (checked Oct 16, 2026). The price, the term and any renewal notice all come from that document.
On Capterra, Sprinklr holds 4.2 from 94 reviews, with ease of use at 3.9. Chris H. described it as "easy to use, hard to master" and "one of the more expensive examples of these tools" (Capterra, Nov 13, 2025). Under section 4.2 of the Sprinklr MSA, fees are paid in advance and can't be cancelled unless your Order Form sets other terms.
My view: price the full deployment before you sign, including seats, modules, setup time and the months your team needs to learn the tool, because the MSA gives you no exit for a poor fit.
This review covers what Sprinklr sells in 2026, the contract terms, what 34 users report, and 4 alternatives for listening and social teams.
TL;DR#
What it is: an enterprise customer experience suite. For listening and social teams, the two products that matter are Sprinklr Social (publishing, engagement, reporting) and Sprinklr Insights (listening and market research).
Price: quote only on every product since Self-Serve ended on April 30, 2026. There is no trial (checked Oct 16, 2026).
Contract: the MSA sets fees as payable in advance and non-cancelable, and your Order Form sets the term and any renewal.
Ratings: 4.2 from 94 on Capterra, 8.8/10 from 175 for Sprinklr Social on TrustRadius, and 2.8 from 3 on Trustpilot (checked Oct 16, 2026).
Common complaint: a steep learning curve and a high price, from 2017 to September 2026.
My call: Buy Sprinklr if you run social and listening for a global brand with many teams, need publishing, care and listening under one governance model, and can budget months of setup and training. If you want a public per-seat price for social publishing and listening, Hootsuite starts at $99 a seat billed annually. If you want to find buyers asking for a tool like yours on Reddit, LinkedIn or Slack, CommunityTracker Pro costs $99 a month.

How I Analyzed Sprinklr#
Reviews: I read 34 reviews: 25 on Capterra, 6 on TrustRadius and all 3 on Trustpilot. Capterra, Capterra UK and Software Advice share the same 94 reviews.
Contract: I read the USA Sprinklr MSA Online, version 2.7, from the Sprinklr legal page on Oct 16, 2026, with a focus on sections 3 and 4.
Self-Serve end date: Sprinklr's demo page carried the April 30, 2026 end-of-service date in its January 2026 version.
Company figures: I took revenue and customer counts from Sprinklr's SEC filings for fiscal 2026 and the quarter ended July 31, 2026.
Rival tools: I compared CommunityTracker, Sprout Social, Hootsuite and Brandwatch on prices checked Oct 15 and 16, 2026.
Not covered: I have no Sprinklr account, so data quality and speed come from users. G2 blocked my access, so I leave its count out.
Sprinklr#

Source: Sprinklr homepage, Oct 16, 2026.
Sprinklr was founded in 2009 and is based in New York. It trades on the NYSE as CXM. In fiscal 2026, the year ended January 31, 2026, it reported total revenue of $857.2 million, up 8%, and 141 customers paying $1 million or more a year. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31, 2026 grew 1%.
The platform has four product suites: Service, Social, Insights and Marketing. This review covers Social and Insights, since those are the products a listening or social team buys. Service is a contact-center product, and Marketing covers campaigns and ads.
The thesis I keep returning to: Sprinklr sells a deployment, and the seat price is only one line of it. Your Order Form fixes the modules, seats, term and renewal, and the MSA makes those fees non-cancelable. So the cost of a poor fit is the full term.
Features#
Sprinklr Social publishing: a shared calendar, approvals, asset boards and scheduling across networks. Paige E. wrote that "it's great to use the Editorial Calendar and plan out posts for the full month" (Capterra, Sep 30, 2020).
Engagement: a unified inbox with queues, routing rules, macros and tagging for community teams.
Sprinklr Insights listening: keyword and Boolean searches across social, news, blogs, forums and reviews, with dashboards and alerts.
Visual listening: finds posts that show your logo without naming you. Chris H. wrote that "Visual listening identifies posts using logos or other assets which makes proactive outreach simple" (Capterra, Nov 13, 2025).
AI: sentiment, summaries, smart responses and trend detection across products.
Governance: role-based permissions, multi-level approvals and approvals by email for people without a seat.
Reporting: custom dashboards, live reports and benchmarking.
What each product covers (Yes or No, from Sprinklr's product pages and reviewer reports):
Feature | Sprinklr Social | Sprinklr Insights |
Publishing and calendar | Yes | No |
Unified inbox and routing | Yes | No |
Social listening dashboards | Yes | Yes |
News, blogs, forums and reviews | No | Yes |
Visual (logo) listening | No | Yes |
Benchmarking | Yes | Yes |
Public price | No | No |
Features, my read: reviewers back the depth. The cost of that depth is setup work: most of the complaints below come from teams that bought more modules than they had time to learn.
Pricing#

Source: Sprinklr demo page, Oct 16, 2026, with the "Schedule a personalized demo" form.
Sprinklr publishes no price for any product (checked Oct 16, 2026). The old pricing URL returns a "page not found" error, and every pricing link leads to a demo request.
Until April 30, 2026, Self-Serve let small teams buy Social and Service seats by card, on monthly or annual billing. Sprinklr's demo page in January 2026 told Self-Serve customers that service would continue "until the end of service on April 30, 2026." That route is closed, so the smallest Sprinklr purchase is now an enterprise Order Form.
What the MSA (version 2.7) sets for every Order Form:
Payment: invoices are due in 30 days unless the Order Form sets other terms (section 4.1).
Disputes: you must flag a disputed invoice to Sprinklr's accounts team within 5 business days of receiving it (section 4.1).
Non-cancelable fees: all fees are payable in advance and non-cancelable unless the Order Form sets other terms (section 4.2).
Late payment: interest of up to 1.5% a month after 15 days, and suspension once fees are 30 days overdue (section 4.3).
Term: each Order Form carries its own term (section 3.1). The MSA has no auto-renewal clause, so renewal and notice sit in your Order Form.
Exit: either side can terminate for a material breach left uncured for 30 days (section 3.2). If Sprinklr's breach ends the contract, you get prepaid fees back for the rest of the term. If yours does, you pay through the end of the term (section 3.3).
Data: Sprinklr deletes your content within 30 days after the contract ends, so export first.
For example, if your Order Form runs 3 years and your team stops using Insights in month 8, you still owe the remaining 28 months of Insights fees. The MSA gives you no exit for a poor fit.
Pricing, my read: ask for three things in writing before you sign: a 12-month first term, a renewal clause with a notice period you can meet, and a cap on renewal increases. Price the implementation and training hours alongside the license.
Pros#
Social publishing, engagement and listening in one platform under one permission model, so a global team works in one tool.
Governance for many brands and regions, including approvals by email for people without a seat.
Visual listening that finds logos in images, so untagged brand photos surface.
Custom dashboards and live reports that reviewers rate highly from 2017 to 2026.
A public company with $857.2 million in fiscal 2026 revenue, so the vendor publishes audited results.
Cons#
No public price or trial: you can't compare Sprinklr with self-serve tools before a sales cycle.
Non-cancelable fees: the MSA gives you no way out of a poor fit during the term.
Learning curve: ease of use scores 3.9 on Capterra, the lowest of its sub-scores.
Setup time: reviewers describe long implementation and "a lot of pre-work" before the first report.
Support: several reviewers from 2022 to 2025 describe slow or deflecting support.
Data mismatches: reviewers report numbers that differ from the native network analytics.
Summary#
I think Sprinklr fits a global brand that needs social, care and listening under one governance model and has the budget and staff to set it up. For a smaller team, the depth turns into unused modules you can't cancel.
Pick it if: you run many brands, regions or teams, and one platform with strict permissions matters more than price.
Skip it if: you need a public price, a trial, or a contract you can leave early.
What Users Report About Sprinklr in 2026#
I read 34 reviews. Many of the 2025 and 2026 Capterra and TrustRadius reviews carry an "incentivized" label, meaning the site offered a small reward for writing one.
Capterra: 4.2/5 (94 reviews, checked Oct 16, 2026)#

Source: Capterra, Sprinklr reviews page, https://www.capterra.com/p/131274/Sprinklr-Platform/reviews/, Oct 16, 2026. The page reads 4.2 from 94 reviews, with ease of use at 3.9 and customer service at 4.1.
Capterra splits the 94 into 43 five-star, 36 four-star, 12 three-star, 1 two-star and 2 one-star reviews. Several date from 2026, including May 21, Sep 12, Sep 23 and Sep 25. Capterra UK and Software Advice carry the same 94.
TrustRadius: 8.8/10 for Sprinklr Social (175 reviews and ratings, checked Oct 16, 2026)#

Source: TrustRadius, Sprinklr Social reviews page, https://www.trustradius.com/products/sprinklr-social/reviews, Oct 16, 2026. The page reads 8.8 out of 10 from 175 reviews and ratings.
TrustRadius rates the products separately. Sprinklr Social holds 8.8 from 175, and Sprinklr Insights holds 7.5 from 80.
Trustpilot: 2.8/5 (3 reviews, checked Oct 16, 2026)#
Trustpilot holds 3 reviews, all 1 star, from 2015, 2025 and 2026. Sprinklr hasn't replied to any of them.
What users liked#
One tool for every channel. Chris H. wrote that Sprinklr is "absolutely phenomenal as a tool for social listening, analytics, scheduling, and messaging across all of the channels we use" (Capterra, Nov 13, 2025).
Data over time. Gabriel S. praised the "Excellent data inputs, ability to organize and analyze, while also provide rich insights over time" (Capterra, Oct 21, 2024).
Live reporting. Jessie E. wrote that "The live reporting features enable internal and external team members to keep across results and download as required" (Capterra, Sep 23, 2026).
Dashboards and listening. Denis L. wrote: "Highly customizable dashboards and reporting tools. Excellent social listening, analytics, scheduling" (Capterra, Sep 25, 2026).
Global teams in one place. Amit Potdar wrote that Sprinklr Social "connected all the siloed country teams to collaborate and use a single channel to publish content" (TrustRadius, May 9, 2025).
Listening and KPI reports. A marketing contributor wrote: "Social listening is excellent as well as for kpi reporting" (TrustRadius, May 16, 2025).
AI sentiment. Dana M. wrote that "Sprinklr's AI allows us to achieve superior accuracy in sentiment analysis and trend prediction" (Capterra, May 20, 2025).
Untagged mentions. A social media strategist wrote that it "makes it very easy to monitor and act on untagged mentions across platforms" (Capterra, Nov 17, 2017).
What users disliked#
The price. Gabriel S. wrote: "Price. Way too expensive" (Capterra, Oct 21, 2024). Muhammad Zohaib A. wrote that "Sprinklr is expensive for small businesses" (Capterra, Sep 12, 2026).
The learning curve. Jessie E. wrote: "It is not user-friendly and requires a steep learning curve" (Capterra, Sep 23, 2026). Chris H. added: "I would say there is so much, almost too much at times."
Setup time. Denis L. listed "Lengthy implementation and setup process" (Capterra, Sep 25, 2026), and Jessie E. wrote that "You need to put in a lot of pre-work to set up your account."
Support. Muhammad K. wrote that "If something needs extensive troubleshooting, the support will always try to brush it under the carpet and push back" (Capterra, May 20, 2022). A marketing manager listed "No more ongoing support" and "Slow responses from contacts" (TrustRadius, Mar 24, 2025).
Numbers that don't match the networks. Muhammad K. wrote that "the numbers in the reporting are sometimes different from actual channel analytics" (Capterra, May 20, 2022).
Listening granularity. Amit Potdar wrote that "Social listening coverage should be broad and include more granular data about the location of the mention" (TrustRadius, May 9, 2025).
Sentiment scoring in care. Mike wrote that the platform "literally lowers an agents score for a response of, 'No thank you'" (Trustpilot, Jul 16, 2026).
Support after signing. Alisia Lewis wrote that after signing "you get to talk to a support system in another country which just sends videos to answer questions" (Trustpilot, Jan 30, 2025).

Source: Trustpilot, review by Mike (US), 1 star, "sprinklr is headed for a lawsuit", Jul 16, 2026, https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6a5928a717af3e95fb2d6c4c. The review complains that the platform scores agents' sentiment wrongly.
Which reviews I believe#
I believe the praise for depth, dashboards and multi-team publishing. It repeats across Capterra reviews from 2017 to 2026, and TrustRadius gives Sprinklr Social 8.8 out of 10 from 175 reviews and ratings, a large pool from teams that use it daily. I also believe the learning-curve complaints, because the same Capterra pool scores ease of use at 3.9, its lowest sub-score, and reviewers who give 5 stars still mention the effort. Put together, the tool works for teams that invest in it.
I believe the price and setup complaints, which run from 2017 to September 2026 and match the MSA's non-cancelable fees. I give the support complaints moderate weight: they are specific, and they come from 2022 and 2025, before or around the move away from Self-Serve. I give Mike's sentiment complaint weight for care teams only, since it describes agent scoring in the Service product. I give the 2015 Trustpilot review almost none, because it names no detail.
Can you trust these ratings in 2026?#
Current pool: Capterra has 4 reviews from 2026, so the 4.2 reflects today's product.
Incentives: many recent reviews were written for a small reward, which tends to lift scores.
One pool: Capterra, Capterra UK and Software Advice share the same 94 reviews.
Product split: TrustRadius rates Social at 8.8 and Insights at 7.5, so check the score for the product you plan to buy.
My take: trust the 4.2 and the 8.8 on what the platform can do, and trust the 3.9 ease-of-use score on what it costs your team to get there.
Limitations to Know Before You Buy#
1. Self-Serve ended on April 30, 2026#
Small teams can no longer buy a few seats by card. Every purchase now goes through a demo and an Order Form, which takes weeks.
2. Fees are non-cancelable#
This is the limit I'd plan around first. Section 4.2 makes fees payable in advance and non-cancelable unless your Order Form sets other terms, and section 3 allows an exit only for an uncured material breach.
3. Renewal lives in the Order Form#
The MSA has no renewal clause of its own. Read your Order Form for the renewal term, the notice period and any price increase, and put the notice date on your calendar.
4. Setup takes months#
Reviewers from 2017 to 2026 describe heavy onboarding and pre-work. Budget the hours of whoever configures accounts, rules and dashboards, alongside the license.
5. Social and Insights carry different scores#
Sprinklr Social holds 8.8 on TrustRadius and Sprinklr Insights holds 7.5. If listening is your main use, weigh the Insights score and ask for an Insights demo with your own keywords.
6. Your data goes 30 days after the end#
Sprinklr deletes customer content within 30 days after termination or expiry. Export your reports and archives before the last day.

Sprinklr Alternative: CommunityTracker#
Source: CommunityTracker homepage, https://www.communitytracker.ai/, with names and emails in the product mockup blurred.
CommunityTracker is my #1 alternative for a team whose listening goal is pipeline. Sprinklr Insights tracks how a market talks about your brand. CommunityTracker looks for posts where someone asks for a product like yours, scores the buying intent, adds the author's contact details and helps you reply.
Its sources are Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Slack, Discord, Hacker News, GitHub and Indie Hackers, with partial blog and news coverage (communitytracker.ai/pricing). For the method, see my guide to Reddit lead generation.
Features#
Intent signals: AI marks posts that ask for a tool, an alternative or a fix in your niche and gives each a buying-intent score.
Contact enrichment: a verified email, LinkedIn profile, company and job title for each author.
Outreach: email sequences, LinkedIn requests and DMs, Reddit replies and AI voice calls tied to the original post.
CRM sync: HubSpot receives each lead along with the thread it came from.
Communities: Slack and Discord groups, which I cover in my guide to monitoring Slack communities.
Pricing#
CommunityTracker bills monthly, with no long-term contract and cancellation at any time. Its plans, priced Oct 15, 2026 on communitytracker.ai/pricing:
Free ($0): one Reddit keyword with a once-a-day alert.
Starter ($39/month): 4 keywords over Reddit, LinkedIn, Hacker News and GitHub, up to 5,000 mentions and 100 warm emails a month.
Pro ($99/month): 10 keywords on all supported communities, uncapped mentions and warm emails, AI scoring, share of voice and a daily Slack digest, with a free trial.
Advanced ($199/month, via sales): 20 keywords with community intelligence, AI visibility and share of voice exports.
Pros#
A public price and monthly billing, so a poor fit costs one month, where a Sprinklr Order Form commits you to the full term.
Self-serve signup and a free plan, so you can start today without a demo.
Slack and Discord coverage, two sources outside Sprinklr's listening list.
Lead finding, enrichment and the first message in one tool.
Cons#
No publishing or care: it can't replace Sprinklr Social's calendar, inbox or approvals.
No visual or broad media listening: no logo detection, and only partial news and blog coverage.
No enterprise governance: no multi-brand permission model on the scale Sprinklr offers.
Once-a-day Slack alerts: a fresh thread can wait up to 24 hours on Pro and Advanced.
No outside reviews yet: G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot had no readable CommunityTracker reviews on Oct 15, 2026.
Summary#
I think CommunityTracker is my pick next to Sprinklr for a B2B or SaaS team that wants leads from community threads, a job Sprinklr isn't built for. Pro costs $99 a month with no annual commitment.
Pick it if: your buyers ask for tools in subreddits, LinkedIn threads or Slack groups.
Skip it if: you need publishing, care, visual listening or enterprise governance. Run the free Reddit keyword for a week and count the threads worth answering.
Sprinklr Alternative: Sprout Social#

Source: Sprout Social homepage.
Sprout Social covers most of what Sprinklr Social does for a mid-size team, with a public per-seat price and a 30-day trial. My Sprout Social review covers it in full.
Features#
Publishing: a calendar, approvals and bulk scheduling from Professional.
Engagement: the Smart Inbox with tagging and saved replies.
Listening: keyword and location monitoring on Standard, with sentiment and spike alerts on Advanced.
Reports: competitor and paid reports from Professional, and team reports on Advanced.
Pricing#
Sprout Social seat prices, checked Oct 16, 2026:
Standard ($199 per seat/month billed annually, $249 billed monthly): 5 profiles and the Smart Inbox.
Professional ($299 per seat/month billed annually, $399 billed monthly): unlimited profiles, approvals and competitor reports.
Advanced ($399 per seat/month billed annually, $499 billed monthly): sentiment, spike alerts and the API.
Enterprise (custom): onboarding, SSO and priority support.
Pros#
A public price, so you can budget a 5-seat team in minutes.
A 30-day trial with no card.
Monthly billing, so you can test a quarter before committing to a year.
Cons#
No refund when you cancel, under section 5 of its terms.
Seat pricing adds up fast for large teams.
Listening is lighter than Sprinklr Insights, with sentiment held back for Advanced.
Summary#
I'd look at Sprout Social if your team is under about 20 seats and mainly publishes and engages. You trade Sprinklr's governance depth for a price you can see and a trial you can run.
Pick it if: you want publishing, inbox and reports with a public price.
Skip it if: you need care, visual listening or global governance.
Sprinklr Alternative: Hootsuite#

Source: Hootsuite homepage.
Hootsuite gives you the lowest public seat price of the suites here, and it owns Talkwalker, whose listening engine powers its Enterprise listening. My Hootsuite review has the plan detail.
Features#
Publishing and inbox: scheduling and a shared inbox on every plan.
Listening: 7 days on Standard, 30 days on Professional and 13 months on Enterprise.
Approvals and routing: on Advanced.
Pricing#
Hootsuite seat prices, checked Oct 15, 2026:
Standard ($99 per user/month billed annually): 10 social accounts, a shared inbox, 7 days of listening and 5 competitor benchmarks.
Professional ($199 per user/month billed annually): unlimited accounts, 30-day listening and inbox automation.
Advanced ($399 per user/month billed annually): routing, approvals and team performance reports.
Enterprise (custom): single sign-on plus a 13-month listening archive.
Pros#
The lowest entry seat price here, at $99 billed annually.
A 14-day trial with no card.
13 months of listening history on Enterprise.
Cons#
Annual fees are non-refundable under its terms.
Approvals cost $399 a seat on Advanced.
Standard listening looks back only 7 days.
Summary#
I'd pick Hootsuite if you want a public price and can live with lighter listening on the lower plans. For enterprise listening, compare a Hootsuite Enterprise quote with your Sprinklr quote.
Pick it if: you want the lowest public seat price and a no-card trial.
Skip it if: you need care workflows or 13 months of listening without an Enterprise contract.
Sprinklr Alternative: Brandwatch#

Source: Brandwatch homepage.
Brandwatch is the closest match to Sprinklr Insights: an enterprise listening suite with no public price. Pick it when listening depth matters more than publishing and care. See my Brandwatch review.
Features#
Archive: 1.7 trillion conversations back to 2010.
Iris: an AI assistant for summaries, plus image analysis for logos and scenes.
Dashboards: 50+ live visualizations and the API.
Pricing#
Brandwatch sells each solution through a demo, with no public price (checked Oct 16, 2026). My Brandwatch pricing guide covers what drives the quote.
Pros#
History back to 2010 for year-on-year listening studies.
Image analysis inside listening.
A suite built around listening first.
Cons#
No public price or self-serve trial, the same as Sprinklr.
2.0 from 21 on Trustpilot (checked Oct 16, 2026).
No contact-center product, so care teams need another tool.
Summary#
I'd get a Brandwatch quote next to a Sprinklr Insights quote for the same keyword list. If listening is your main use, let archive depth and the Insights demo decide. More options sit in my Brandwatch alternatives list.
Pick it if: listening depth and history drive your brief.
Skip it if: you want publishing and care under the same contract.
For a wider view, see my roundups of social listening tools, AI social listening tools and media monitoring tools.
Final Verdict: Is Sprinklr Worth It in 2026?#
Yes, for a global brand that runs social publishing, care and listening across many teams and regions, needs one permission model, and can fund months of setup. Reviewers back the depth, and TrustRadius gives Sprinklr Social 8.8 from 175.
No, for a team that wants a price before a demo, a trial, or a contract it can leave. Self-Serve ended on April 30, 2026, fees are non-cancelable, and ease of use scores 3.9 on Capterra.
What I'd do before signing:
Price the full deployment: seats, modules, implementation and training hours.
Ask for a 12-month first term, a renewal notice period you can meet and a cap on increases.
Run the Insights demo on your own keywords if listening is your main use.
Get a Brandwatch quote for listening, or a Sprout Social or Hootsuite plan for publishing, as a benchmark.
If you came to Sprinklr to find buyers in community threads, CommunityTracker Pro does that for $99 a month with no contract.
FAQs#
Is Sprinklr worth it in 2026?#
For a global brand with many teams that needs social, care and listening in one governed platform, yes, provided you price setup and training and negotiate the term. For smaller teams, Sprout Social or Hootsuite give a public price and a trial.

Sprinklr publishes no price (checked Oct 16, 2026). Every product goes through a demo and a custom Order Form, priced by modules, seats and volume.

No. Self-Serve ended on April 30, 2026, according to Sprinklr's demo page, and new customers buy through sales.
Does Sprinklr have a free trial?#
No. You request a demo instead.
Can I cancel a Sprinklr contract early?#
Under section 4.2 of the MSA, fees are non-cancelable unless your Order Form sets other terms. Section 3 allows termination only for a material breach left uncured for 30 days.
Does Sprinklr auto-renew?#
The MSA has no renewal clause of its own. Your Order Form sets the term, any renewal and the notice period, so read it before you sign.
What is the difference between Sprinklr Social and Sprinklr Insights?#
Sprinklr Social handles publishing, engagement and reporting. Sprinklr Insights handles listening across social, news, blogs, forums and reviews. TrustRadius scores Social at 8.8 and Insights at 7.5 (checked Oct 16, 2026).

CommunityTracker if you want leads from Reddit, LinkedIn or Slack threads at $99 a month on Pro. Sprout Social or Hootsuite for publishing with a public price, and Brandwatch for enterprise listening.
